 Deliveries take 2 to 3 working days and are delivered between 8am - 9pm (excludes Weekends & Bank Holidays). Free 

Item must be returned with tags still attached. We're unable to accept returns for any underwear or swimwear where the hygiene seal has been removed. We are unable to accept returns with stains or bad odors. For example, makeup, tanning lotion, etc. Returning the items to us is at the customer's expense and we can not refund the shipping costs. Please note, we must receive the return within 14 days of when delivery was first attempted/ delivered to you. If the 14 days has expired we have the right to reject your return. If items arrive damaged the customer is still responsible for returning the items for a refund.

All returns will be dealt with within a 1day period, please allow a further 2 working days for refunds to appear back into your account. Please make sure you retain your proof of return.
