Where is my order?

When your order leaves our warehouse, we'll email the tracking number. Then you can track your order for regular updates.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellation; We can accept to can cancel your order with in 15 minutes of placing an order

Wholesale orders; Can I get a sample?

Wholesale orders please contact us on WhatsApp so we can send you the latest inventory.

What is the minimum order for wholesale?

We dont have a minimum order amount so it's a good opportunity for small retailers. Our goods come in a pack of 6 which includes 2S 2M 2L.

 CAN I RETURN SALE ITEMS?

For Sale items, we will not accept any returns due to the nature of these styles being reduced.

We design our own products in-house by our team of designer's. 90% of our products are manufactured by Parisian  owned Factories in the Far East.

HOW DOES KLARNA WORK?

Just shop on Luxtosuit and check out as normal. At checkout, then choose the Klarna payment method. You will know if you are approved in seconds and once approved you will get an email confirmation from Klarna.

ARE THERE ANY FEES TO USE KLARNA?

There are no extra fees when you follow your payment schedule properly.

DOES KLARNA IMPACT MY CREDIT SCORE?

Klarna may run a soft credit search that does not affect a customer’s credit score and is only visible on your credit file by you and Klarna. Neither Klarna nor Luxtosuit run credit searches that could impact your credit rating. This includes at the point of application, if a payment is missed, or if the outstanding balance enters a debt collection stage.
