Pre -Order Terms & Conditions

if a pre order item is purchased with an item in stock they will be shipped together when the pre order item arrives. This should take no longer than 10 days.

PRE-ORDER: These are items that are not currently in stock however they are available to order.

Please make sure you have read and understood all the conditions written here before submitting your Orders.

After you have received your "pre-order" item you have the same 7 day period to notify us should you wish to return it for a refund.

. Estimated Date of Arrival: Our suppliers are generally very good on their delivery estimates however on occasion deliveries can take longer than we expect.  We try to keep you updated with any changes in the delivery estimate wherever possible.
