return & exchange policy

Item must be returned with tags still attached. We're unable to accept returns for any underwear or swimwear where the hygiene seal has been removed. We are unable to accept returns with stains or bad odors. For example, makeup, tanning lotion, etc. Returning the items to us is at the customer's expense and we can not refund the shipping costs. 

All returns will be dealt with within a 4 day period, please allow a further 2 working days for refunds to appear back into your account. Please make sure you retain your proof of return
